Wedding Weekend Package – $13850.00

Your destination wedding weekend is waiting for you here at the Lakeside Barn! Our stunning rustic 1800s barn, set on the grounds of our lush 47 acre property, is situated on 7 mile long Pemaquid Lake, with 1500 feet of lake frontage. Wedding package rentals begin 12 noon on Fridays and end 12 noon on Sundays, during months of May, June, September, and October, with exclusion of holiday weekends. Holiday weekends require a three night stay, please call for that pricing.

Our weekend package Includes:

• Our rustic 1800’s Barn, as well as designated area next to and across from barn. The barn itself can accommodate 100 people, however we have capacity up to 175-200 people with deck, which is uncovered. 
• Stage and field for parking or additional ceremony site
• Accommodations for up to 44-46 people (two nights accommodations in our lakehouse, and six waterview cabins).
• Waterfront ceremony site

Peak Season Rentals

We offer half and/or full day Barn rentals in July and August, for events such as showers, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions and retirement parties. Please contact us for more information.

*Please note a Reservation and Rental Contract is required. A copy of the contract is available for review upon request. Additionally, Renters are required to obtain Venue insurance. All vendors must provide copy of insurance.
